Participating at Dux Nuts Events

Dux Nuts shows are open to everyone to enjoy.

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all our players, we have implemented the following guidelines as part of our event operations.

Please take a moment to review them.

COST TO PARTICIPATE

All Dux Nuts Music Trivia ‘Bingo’ events are provided at no cost to players and their teams.

No financial transaction between Dux Nuts and players is required for participation.

PRIZES

Prizes are curated and provided by the participating venue. Each venue employs the services of Dux Nuts Entertainment to deploy entertainment and schedule the issuance of prizes.

Prizes generally take the form of

• Venue Food and Beverage vouchers
• Merchandise
• Cash

Each event’s prize pool will be broadcast to all players in attendance via audio and/or visual means.

Any person and/or team who is successful and wins a prize will be either

• Issued a prize in person whilst at the event
• Have their contact details collected for prize issuance

Each event will commence and conclude on the scheduled date.

Winners of prizes will be announced by event hosts in witness of all participants currently in attendance.

Records of each event will be kept for 12 months.

Persons or teams who have won a prize but not yet received their winnings are encouraged to contact Dux Nuts Entertainment via

SHOW RULES

Each player intending to participate in music trivia bingo events is required to;

• Attend in person at the scheduled location and time of the event
• Follow host instructions to access a digital entry form
• Obtain their randomly generated music trivia bingo sheet
• Mark off their sheet as they hear and successfully identify each song
• Make themselves known to event hosts if they have successfully met the criteria of winning a prize
• Present their winning entry to event hosts for validation

Dux Nuts event hosts will

• Announce the commencement of each round
• Disclose the prizes applicable to each round
• Perform the duties of host and play audio for players to identify
• Facilitate the validation of any claimed winning entry

In the event of multiple claimed winning entries, the first player heard/seen making themselves known to the event host will have their entry validated first. If successful, the winning prize will be allocated. If unsuccessful, then the second player will have their entry validated and so on until a winner is identified.

If no winner is identified, the round will recommence until a winner is identified.

PRIZE ALLOCATION

Prize pools will vary between events. In general, prizes will be awarded based on:

• First player to achieve a one full horizontal line of correctly identified songs
• First player to achieve three full horizontal adjacent lines of correctly identified songs
• First player to achieve a full entry sheet of correctly identified songs

Multiple rounds may be conducted, with all players having their sheets reset and randomly generated
